At Mittal Saree Centre, we value our customers and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Sarees or garments that have been customized, altered, or used.
Items purchased during sale or clearance events.
Products damaged due to improper use or care.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy
We allow product exchanges for different designs or colors, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mittal-saree-centre.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
